Law 675 of 31 December 1996, providing for the protection of persons and other parties with respect to the processing of personal data, was repealed with Legislative Decree 196 of 30 June 2003, which introduced the new code on the protection of personal data. To this end, PositanoLife and Justweb Studios, as autonomous owners of the processing, each within its own field, are required to provide certain information regarding the use of the personal data you have supplied or that has been otherwise acquired as part of their respective activities.

Source of personal data

The personal data in the possession of PositanoLife and Justweb Studios have been collected from customers or third parties when, for example, data is acquired from external companies for commercial-information purposes, market research, or the direct offer of products or services. In the latter case, notification is provided when data is recorded and, in any event, by the time of the first communication. All of these data are processed in compliance with the law referred to and with the obligation for confidentiality which our company has always respected.

The following data is collected:

- users' IP addresses;

- personal e-mail addresses;

- original URL addresses.

A)In addition, in relationship to specific operations or products requested by customers, PositanoLife and Justweb Studios may gain possession of data that the law defines as "sensitive" because they may make it possible to deduce the customer's membership in associations or information regarding state of health. The law requires specific consent for the processing of such data. Purposes of data processing The personal data supplied by you are processed as part of the normal activity of PositanoLife and Justweb Studios and for the following purposes: to complete and support access; to carry out user transactions; to comply with regulatory obligations; for reasons relating to operations or management.

Data-processing procedures

Further to the purposes referred to above, the processing of personal data may be done manually or with the assistance of electronic or automated means, strictly in relationship to the purposes specified and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data. In any case, protection is also ensured when innovative channels are activated, such as phone banking or multimedia kiosks. Data will be processed with appropriate means so as to guarantee their security and confidentiality, including by means of automated devices that store, manage and transmit the data.

Categories of parties to which data may be communicated. For the carrying out of the majority of their activities, PositanoLife and Justweb Studios, as is the case with all comparably-sized companies, work with other companies for technical and organizational reasons as part of the establishment and management of customer relations. These companies are involved in the following in particular: the carrying out of the work necessary to fulfill customer requests; the management of payment services, credit cards, tax offices and treasuries, etc.; fraud control and credit recovery; auditing.

Consequently, PositanoLife and Justweb Studios may not carry out operations involving such communication to third parties without the concerned party's consent. We point out that if, while we are awaiting your consent, you request that specific operations be carried out or services provided that are different from those described above, the carrying out of these operations or the provision of these services are to be understood as a temporary granting of consent, limited to the processing relative to the operations and services requested. All parties belonging to the categories to which the data may be communicated will make use of these data as "owners", pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003, in full autonomy and independently of the original processing done by PositanoLife and Justweb Studios. Personal data in the possession of PositanoLife and Justweb Studios may be communicated to other parties that may gain knowledge of that data in their roles as persons responsible for data processing or other employees. Personal data processed by banks are not distributed. Rights pursuant to Article 7.

Finally, we inform you that Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 guarantees the parties concerned certain rights. In particular, such parties may obtain from the owner confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and the communication of such data in an intelligible form. In addition, the parties concerned may request to be informed of the origin of the data, the purposes and procedures of data processing and the logic applied in the case of processing with the assistance of electronic means, the identifying data of the owner and the person responsible for the data, and to have personal data that has been processed in violation of the law updated, corrected, integrated, cancelled or rendered anonymous. The party concerned has the right to oppose the processing of personal data for legitimate reasons, even if such processing is relative to the purposes of dissemination of advertising or direct-sales material. The rights in question may be exercised, including by a designated party, by means of a written request submitted to the person responsible. The party concerned may, in the exercise of her/his rights, appoint, in writing, power of attorney or proxy to physical persons, bodies, and associations.
