Our gym is one of the largest and best equipped of the Amalfi Coast and is the seat of the town hall of Praiano, Via Umberto I, the center of town and easily accessible. is equipped with modern fitness room with Technogym equipment, a spinning room and fitness room. It 's very functional and ready to respond to requests for all types of training, than for women than for professionals.

Roberto Bozza, the Gym Manager speaks English fluently. He can also be your personal trainer for the day ! Personal training is more the a series of individual one-on-one sessions. Personal Training is a physical, psychological and emotional experience. You first increase your level of basic conditioning before increasing your progression of physical and cognitive skills. Each training program is customized to address your unique fitness profile, enabling you to increase your fitness level in partnership with your trainer.
